I grew up in San Francisco, where weekend runs by Ocean Beach and the search for the best brunch spot became my way of slowing down in a city that never really does.

Living in such a creative and diverse place taught me to stay curious about people and how they move through the world. That same curiosity is what drives me as a designer today, understanding what people need and finding thoughtful ways to make their experiences better.

WHERE I'M FROM

Before transitioning into design, I worked as an ophthalmic assistant, helping patients navigate vision challenges with care and precision. That experience shaped the way I approach problems with empathy, attention to detail, and a strong focus on accessibility.

I saw how even small improvements like color-coded contact charts or custom-built reference guides could make life easier for both patients and staff. That mindset now fuels my design practice: creating experiences that are not only functional, but truly helpful, inclusive, and easy to navigate.

BEFORE DESIGN

With a foundation in healthcare and psychology, I bring empathy and systems thinking to every design decision. I recently completed the UI/UX Design Career Track at Springboard I recently completed the Springboard UI/UX Design program, where I gained hands-on experience with design principles and tools such as Figma, FigJam, and Miro.

My goal is to create intuitive, accessible experiences that meet people where they are whether they’re planning a trip, starting a fitness journey, or just trying to feel less overwhelmed by technology.

WHERE I'M AT NOW

When I’m not designing, I’m usually out on a run or on a mission to find the best matcha latte in the city. I love exploring new restaurants, experimenting in the kitchen, and photographing food before I let myself eat it. Painting has become my quiet space and a way to slow down after busy days. These creative outlets keep me grounded, curious, and inspired, and I bring that same energy into my design work every day.
